As we receive additional information concerning what might lie ahead for us individually and for our nation as a whole, we want to be as proactive as possible with decisions that impact future planning for summer and beyond.
We have therefore made the difficult decision to cancel Summer Academy for 2020. As much as we--and all the campers--loved and valued the Bentley Summer Academy experience last year, and despite plans to expand the program this year, this uncertain time calls for us to ensure that families can reevaluate summer plans with as much notice as possible.
This is a postponement until summer 2021 and not an end to what was a huge success for our school. For those families who have already paid for a summer experience, refund checks will be issued and distributed through our Business Office.
We know that this magnitude of change is hard on everyone, and as the Bentley community continues to adjust to our new ways of operating, we hope you and your family are doing the same.
